The Club & the Kits
  • What is The Pet Journal Club?

The Pet Journal Club is a stationery universe dedicated to memories shared with our pets.

Through The Club, discover a new edition of stationery each month to complete, use and collect, sent directly to your mailbox.

  • What subscription options are available?

Two options are available:

Mini Kit - €13.90 / month
A5 notebook, monthly letter, and A5 sticker sheet.

Premium Kit - €18.90 / month
All the content of the Mini Kit, along with an A5 coloring page, an A6 calendar, and a seasonal stationery item.

Shipping costs are included in both options.

  • Are the notebook and stickers the same in both options?

Yes. The notebook, letter, and sticker sheet are identical. The Premium Kit stands out with its additional stationery items.

  • What is the seasonal stationery item?

It's an item exclusive to the Premium Kit that varies with each edition, such as an art print or a bookmark, designed within the theme of the season.

  • Does the content change every month?

Yes. Each Club edition has its own theme, illustrations, and content. The notebooks are numbered to progressively form a collection over the months and seasons.

  • Which animals is the Club for?

For all small companions: dogs, cats, rabbits, and other animals. The notebook is designed to recount and preserve memories shared with your pet.

  • Where are the editions prepared?

The editions are conceived and prepared in France, then each mailing is carefully assembled before shipping.
Subscription
  • How does the subscription work?

The subscription is monthly, non-binding, and automatically renewing. The first payment is made upon registration, then monthly on the anniversary date.

For example, a registration on the 14th will be renewed on the 14th of each month.

  • Which edition will I receive?

You can subscribe from the 1st to the 20th inclusive to receive the following month's edition.

For example: subscription between September 1st and 20th → October edition.

Registrations then close until the opening of the next edition, on the 1st of the following month.

  • Why do registrations close on the 20th?

Each edition is prepared in small batches. This date allows me to know the exact number of kits to produce before the end-of-month shipments.
Delivery
  • Are shipping fees included?

Yes. Shipping fees are included in the price of Mini and Premium subscriptions. No additional delivery charges are added to your subscription.

  • When will I receive my mail?

Club mailings are dispatched at the end of the month. Delivery is usually expected between the 2nd and 8th of the month corresponding to your edition, depending on postal delays.

  • Where do you deliver?

The Pet Journal Club currently delivers exclusively in France.

  • Can I track my mail?

No. Club editions are sent as standard mail and do not have individual tracking.

If your mail has not arrived after the usual reception period, please contact me via the website form so we can check the situation.
Manage my subscription
  • How do I modify or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription directly from your customer area.

You can view your subscription and use the management options available to you.

  • When do I need to cancel to avoid receiving the next edition?

Cancellations must be made before the 20th of the month to avoid receiving the next edition.

If you cancel after this date, the next edition will already be in production, so your cancellation will take effect for the edition after that.
